An Evening with Penfolds at Restaurant 1890
Join us for a celebration of fine wine and exceptional gastronomy as Restaurant 1890 presents an exclusive Penfolds Bin 180 Wine Dinner, a one-night-only event hosted in collaboration with one of the world's most iconic wine houses.
This remarkable evening will be led by Penfolds Global Winemaking and Brand Ambassador Toby Amphlett, alongside Giuseppe D'Aniello, Group Head of Wine at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. Together, they will guide guests through a curated selection of rare and iconic Penfolds wines, including the legendary Grange, the elegant Yattarna V, and the centrepiece of the night: the Bin 180 Coonawarra Cabernet Shiraz.
Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a bespoke tasting menu from Executive Head Chef James Sharp, showcasing refined dishes such as Orkney Scallop à la Grenobloise, Windsor Park Venison with Pontack, and a 64% Manjari and pistachio crémeux.
The Penfolds Bin 180 Wine Dinner will take place on Tuesday 21 October. Guests will be welcomed with a drink from 6:30pm, before sitting down to dinner at 7pm.
Tickets are priced at £290 per guest, which includes the full wine pairing experience. This exclusive event is open to the public, but with limited places available, early booking is strongly recommended.
